I have them on by reels for 60# and up. Great handles. Well made, comfortable, and the wooble (pivot) in the handle is just enoungh to change the tension points in the arm muscles getting the pressure. I have a good size hand (XL gloves) so the large grip in the reelcolors is nice.

Tom,

It went well. I caught more fish than I know what to do with. The highlight
was a 57lb yellowtail, my personal best for that species. I also came in 3rd
for the jackpot. All in all it was a great trip. The "Power Handles" worked
great and felt good in my hand while fighting fish.

Thanks for the great product and excellent service,

Tom I got the reel handles last week, sorry for the late response. But I must say that they a really bitchin handles. I just purchased to 30s's that have the new shifting mechanism. I wanted to know if your handles will fit these reels also? If so I would like 2 of the pivoting handles. Let me know Thanks again for the handles they are great! Your new customer here in southern cali, Jess Nevarez. PS. I cant wait to use these on my first 10 day long range trip in san diego next season!

Dear Tom,
Just a short note to again express our appreciation for your prompt service and excellent craftmanship on the dozen handles you manufactured for our new set of Alutecnos Albacore Reels.

Precisely as you said it would, the pivoting handle totally eliminate any rod torque and we no longer complain about pressure and pain on our wrist and forearms, as we did with "those other" reels (with T-BAR Handles).

We, unequivocally, are happy to state that you’ve transformed a great reel into the GREATEST.

You are truly an Artist.

All the Best

To ReelColors,
I specialize in 10 day long range trips out of San Diego and they usually end up sooner or later at Alijos Rocks. I put together an arsenal that included 2 SST 8's, a SST 16 and a SST 20. I added the ReelColors handles to satisfy my personal preference. This season (03) the YFT are bigger and meaner than usual. I was fishing the Qualifier 105 on the October 10-20 trip. It was a slow pick, but my first hookup was on my SST 20 with 60# line on a foot long squid. I brought that fish quickly to the boat but lost him at gaff. I later went out with a sardine and 50# test on my SST16 and hooked up to a 100.7 lb YFT that ended up on gaff. The handles seemed to add to the leverage I had on these fish. This is my largest tuna to date and was amazed at the performance of the SST16 with the ReelColors handle. This fish surfaced outside prior to gaff and I noticed the SST16 shifted into high gear so I could get some line back quickly before the final struggle. I finally got into the 100 lb club and I give the SST16 and ReelColors handle a big thumbs up. Its a memory I will never forget. Thanks.

Tom,
I got your phone message this afternoon, thanks in advance. I more than appriciate your concideration and assistance in this. It will go down as another positive reason to promote your fine product. In fact, I am fishing the Bisbee Offshore Circuit in August (http://www.bisbees.com/offshorecircuit.html). Your handles will be on all my Penns. Thanks again for the help, understanding and handling.

"reelcolors handle"

jumped at the cool offer by reelcolors on their pivoting handle. this is a handle you can really lean into. i bought mine for a fully tibbed tld20; the stock handle just doesn't give you enough leverage fishing heavier line classes (the arm is an inch longer than stock). pop in the rc handle (3 screws, 1 nut to swap it out) and you're in business.
the handle is very ergo; if you like the trini handle, you'll love the rc. i used the run out to the tuna grounds to rewind 500 yards of spectra and the increase in leverage is incredible. the knob itself pivots +/- 20 degrees. some have complained of getting an finger pinched, but after fishing the reel, i have to say that your hand instinctively finds its way to a grip where you get maximum cranking power without getting "bitten".

i bought 2, one for my tld20 and will install the other on my ti30wlrs. highly recommended especially at the special price to allcoasters, thanks tom!
