Their 3.5" drag lever is the only one on any teaser.. This gives you twice the torque of a small knob, like on all other reel's. When ready to crank, just flip the lever to it's vertical position and it's out of your way while retrieving line. Then just flip it up when you're done.. That's it!!.
The 100+ half inch holes in the bottom plate arn't just for looks.. They allow for drying and drainage of wet line and also allow's you to rinse and inspect your line.
There is also NO wood used for disk spacers like some other manufacturers. Our's are CAST nylon {Custom made for us} for a lifetime of service. The drag washer {5"} is Delron. With two 3/8" SS ball bearings making a racket as you turn the spool or a Marlin hits it...
Drag lever and crank knob are padded with high density EVA for comfort, because we know some of you do alot of cranking in a day.

Paul, from Black Marlin Towers, is coming down in December to fit our new reels to the bimini.
I took the reels to our light tackle tournament on the weekend and everyone was most impressed. No-one down here runs this sort of thing so it is creating some interest.

I want to thank you for expediting the shipment of the two single teaser reels with the mounting blocks for the tower mounting. You really saved
the day. I must apologize for the delay in getting back to you. I owe you some photos of the install and the vessel.
I've received nothing but oooooooohhhhh's and aaaaaahhhhhhhhh's over the reels. We're a small vessel against most of my tournament fishing friends yet we've got them all beat on this one.
